Artikel 39 Aufhebung
Die Verordnung (EU) 2015/847 wird mit Wirkung vom Tag des Geltungsbeginns der vorliegenden Verordnung aufgehoben.
Bezugnahmen auf die aufgehobene Verordnung gelten als Bezugnahmen auf die vorliegende Verordnung und sind nach Maßgabe der Entsprechungstabelle in Anhang II zu lesen.
