Artikel 73 Vorsitz
Der Ausschuss wählt aus dem Kreis seiner Mitglieder mit einfacher Mehrheit einen Vorsitzenden und zwei stellvertretende Vorsitzende.
Die Amtszeit des Vorsitzenden und seiner beiden Stellvertreter beträgt fünf Jahre; ihre einmalige Wiederwahl ist zulässig.
