Artikel 4 Veröffentlichung der Transaktionen in Echtzeit
Bei Transaktionen, die auf ihren Handelsplattformen für Kryptowerte ausgeführt werden, veröffentlichen Anbieter von Kryptowerte-Dienstleistungen, die eine Handelsplattform für Kryptowerte betreiben, die Einzelheiten zu jeder Transaktion gemäß Anhang II Tabellen 1, 2 und 3 so echtzeitnah wie technisch möglich und in jedem Fall innerhalb von dreißig Sekunden nach Ausführung der Transaktion.
