Summary What does Article 5 of the RTS on trading platform transparency data say?

This article governs how crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) operating trading platforms must present and structure the transparency data they are already required to publish under Articles 2 and 3.

Rather than introducing new disclosure obligations, it sets out the format and accessibility requirements for that existing data, including how it must be separated, disaggregated, and made available upon request.

Important points:

Publish pre-trade and post-trade transparency data separately, not combined into a single feed or report.
Upon request by any interested party, present the data disaggregated per individual crypto-asset, though bundled presentations are also permitted alongside this.
The disaggregation and bundling requirements are waived where the underlying data from Articles 2 and 3 is already made available free of charge.
