Summary What does Article 13 of the ITS on cooperation for the purposes of direct supervision say?
This article establishes the internal information-sharing and participation standards that govern how joint supervisory team (JST) members must operate together.
It sets a baseline of openness and equality within the JST, ensuring that no member is excluded from the flow of information or collaborative activities without justification.
It connects directly to the broader JST framework established elsewhere in the regulation, reinforcing that the team functions as a genuinely collaborative body rather than a hierarchy where information is siloed.
Important points:
- All JST members must share information in a timely manner and have equal access to meetings, discussions, and other collaborative platforms.
- Any restriction on access to information or participation must be justified and recorded.
- These obligations apply to all joint supervisory team members collectively, ensuring no member is arbitrarily excluded from supervisory activities.
