Recital 1 Annual oversight fee

An annual oversight fee should be established to fully cover the Lead Overseermeans the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation;’s and the other European Supervisory Authorities’ necessary expenditure when performing oversight tasks in the context of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554. The annual oversight fee should also cover the estimated costs by competent authorities to whom tasks are delegated by the European Supervisory Authorities.
