Recital 3 Legal identification of critical ICT third-party service providers

The legal identification of ICT third-party service providersmeans an undertaking providing ICT services; within the scope of this Regulatory Technical Standard should be aligned with the identification code set out in Commission Implementing Regulation adopted in accordance with Article 28(9) from Regulation (EU) 2022/2554.
