Article 1 Subject matter and scope
This Regulation lays down rules concerning practical arrangements for:
inspections conducted pursuant to Article 69 Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and monitoring actions adopted pursuant to Article 72 of that Regulation;
the exercise of the right to be heard and the terms of disclosure provided for in Article 79 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
