Article 1 Subject matter and scope
This Regulation lays down the practical and operational arrangements for the functioning of a reliable and secure information sharing system, hereinafter ‘AGORA’, for supervision, investigation, enforcement and monitoring under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

AGORA
means the information sharing system established and maintained by the Commission to support all communications pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 between AGORA actors for the supervision, investigation, enforcement and monitoring under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065;

means the Digital Services Coordinators, the Commission, the Board, or other competent authorities that are or may be granted access to AGORA where necessary for them to carry out the tasks conferred on them in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065;
