Article 2 Submission of the application for authorisation
A legal person or other undertaking seeking authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider in accordance with Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (‘applicant’) shall submit to the competent authority its application for authorisation by filling in the form set out in the Annex of this Regulation.
The legal person or other undertaking shall submit the application in a manner which enables storage of information so that it is accessible for future reference and that allows the reproduction of the information stored.

- designated by each Member State in accordance with Article 93 concerning offerors, persons seeking admission to trading of crypto-assets other than asset-referenced tokens and e-money tokens, issuers of asset-referenced tokens, or crypto-asset service providers;
- designated by each Member State for the application of Directive 2009/110/EC concerning issuers of e-money tokens;
