Les dispositions relatives à l’implantation de l’Autorité dans l’État membre où son siège est situé et aux prestations à fournir par ledit État membre, ainsi que les règles spécifiques qui y sont applicables aux membres du personnel de l’Autorité et aux membres de leur famille sont arrêtées dans un accord de siège à conclure, après approbation du conseil exécutif, entre l’Autorité et ledit État membre.
