Les agents temporaires employés au titre de l’article 2, point f), et les agents contractuels employés au titre de l’article 3 bis du régime applicable aux autres agents, employés par l’Autorité sous contrat conclu avant le 1, et qui, immédiatement avant d’être employés par l’Autorité, ont été employés par l’ABE dans l’exécution des tâches et activités de l’ABE liées à la LBC/FT énumérées dans le règlement (UE) n^o 1093/2010 se voient proposer le même type de contrat de travail à l’Autorité que celui de l’ABE et dans les mêmes conditions, sous réserve de la limite du nombre de postes à retirer à l’ABE et à allouer à l’Autorité. Ces agents sont réputés avoir accompli l’intégralité de leur carrière au sein de l’Autorité.
