Summary What does Article 71 of the GDPR regulation say?

This article sets out the reporting obligation of the European Data Protection Board (the Board), requiring it to produce an annual report on the protection of natural persons with regard to data processing.

The article connects directly to Article 70, which outlines the Board's tasks, and to Article 65, which concerns binding decisions in dispute resolution.
