Article 72 Procédure

1. Le comité prend ses décisions à la majorité simple de ses membres, sauf disposition contraire du présent règlement.
1. Le comité adopte son règlement intérieur à la majorité des deux tiers de ses membres et détermine ses modalités de fonctionnement.
