Art. 4 Incidents récurrents | Cybersecurity measures and significant incidents for relevant entities | NIS 2

Les incidentsmeans an event compromising the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored, transmitted or processed data or of the services offered by, or accessible via, network and information systems; qui, pris isolément, ne sont pas considérés comme des incidentsmeans an event compromising the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored, transmitted or processed data or of the services offered by, or accessible via, network and information systems; importants au sens de l’article 3 sont considérés collectivement comme un incidentmeans an event compromising the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored, transmitted or processed data or of the services offered by, or accessible via, network and information systems; important lorsqu’ils remplissent l’ensemble des critères suivants:

ils se sont produits au moins deux fois en six mois;
ils ont la même cause originelle apparente;
ils répondent collectivement aux critères énoncés à l’article 3, paragraphe 1, point a).
