Article 38 Information obligation on notifying authorities

1. Member States shall inform the Commission of their procedures for the assessment and notification of conformity assessment bodies means a conformity assessment body as defined in Article 2, point (13), of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008; and the monitoring of notified bodies means a conformity assessment body designated in accordance with Article 43 and other relevant Union harmonisation legislation;, and of any changes thereto.
1. The Commission shall make the information referred to in paragraph 1 publicly available.
