Article 51 Coordination of notified bodies

The Commission shall ensure that appropriate coordination and cooperation between notified bodies means a conformity assessment body designated in accordance with Article 43 and other relevant Union harmonisation legislation; are put in place and properly operated in the form of a cross-sectoral group means a group as defined in Article 2, point (11), of Directive 2013/34/EU; of notified bodies means a conformity assessment body designated in accordance with Article 43 and other relevant Union harmonisation legislation;.
