Recital 102 Conformity assessment subcontractors and subsidiaries


Conformity assessment bodies means a conformity assessment body as defined in Article 2, point (13), of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008; frequently subcontract parts of their activities linked to the assessment of conformity or have recourse to a subsidiary means a subsidiary undertaking within the meaning of Article 2, point (10), and Article 22 of Directive 2013/34/EU;.
