Recital 45 Core functionality of important products

The Commission should adopt an implementing act to specify the technical description of the categories of important products with digital elements means a software or hardware product and its remote data processing solutions, including software or hardware components being placed on the market separately; that fall under classes I and II as set out in this Regulation.
