Article 48 Cooperation between authorities
Competent authoritiesas defined in Article 46 shall cooperate closely among themselves and, where applicable, with the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation;.
Competent authoritiesas defined in Article 46 and the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation; shall, in a timely manner, mutually exchange all relevant information concerning critical ICT third-party service providers means an ICT third-party service provider designated as critical in accordance with Article 31; which is necessary for them to carry out their respective duties under this Regulation, in particular in relation to identified risks means the potential for loss or disruption caused by an incident and is to be expressed as a combination of the magnitude of such loss or disruption and the likelihood of occurrence of the incident;, approaches and measures taken as part of the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation;’s oversight tasks.
