Recital 84 Communication with critical ICT third-party service providers

To facilitate communication with the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation; and to ensure adequate representation, critical ICT third-party service providers means an ICT third-party service provider designated as critical in accordance with Article 31; which are part of a group means a group as defined in Article 2, point (11), of Directive 2013/34/EU; should designate one legal person as their coordination point.
