Recital 90 Competent authorities and recommendations from the Lead Overseer

Competent authoritiesas defined in Article 46 should duly include the task of verifying substantive compliance with recommendations issued by the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation; in their functions with regard to prudential supervision of financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t).
