Recital 93 Competent authorities' coordination with the Lead Overseer

To avoid duplications and overlaps, competent authoritiesas defined in Article 46 should refrain from taking individually any measures aiming to monitor the critical ICT third-party service provider means an ICT third-party service provider designated as critical in accordance with Article 31;’s risks means the potential for loss or disruption caused by an incident and is to be expressed as a combination of the magnitude of such loss or disruption and the likelihood of occurrence of the incident; and should, in that respect, rely on the relevant Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation;’s assessment. Any measures should in any case be coordinated and agreed in advance with the Lead Overseer means the European Supervisory Authority appointed in accordance with Article 31(1), point (b) of this Regulation; in the context of the exercise of tasks in the Oversight Framework.
