Article 4 Use of secure electronic channels
Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall use secure electronic channels as made available by their competent authorityas defined in Article 46 to submit the initial notification and the intermediate and final reports.
Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) that are unable to use the secure electronic channels as made available by their competent authorityas defined in Article 46 shall inform their competent authorityas defined in Article 46 about a major ICT-related incident means an ICT-related incident that has a high adverse impact on the network and information systems that support critical or important functions of the financial entity; through other secure means in agreement with the competent authorityas defined in Article 46. If required by the competent authorityas defined in Article 46, financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall resubmit the initial notification, or intermediate or final report, through the secure electronic channel as made available by their competent authorityas defined in Article 46 once they are able to do so.
