Annex I Instructions for completing the register of information
Part 1 General instructions
Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) while maintaining and updating the register of information at entity means a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations;, sub-consolidated and consolidated level, shall fill-in the templates of the register of information with data using the formats set out in the instructions in Part 2.
Part 2 lays down instructions to be followed by financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) to complete each column of each template. When completing the information of certain columns, financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall refer to Annexes II, III and IV or other external sources. In such cases, the reference to the relevant Annexes or external sources is indicated in the instructions.

This template lists all contractual arrangements with direct ICT third-party service providers means an undertaking providing ICT services;.
For each contractual arrangement with a direct ICT third-party service provider means an undertaking providing ICT services;, the financial entity means a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; maintaining the register of information shall assign a unique ‘contractual arrangement reference number’ to identify unambiguously the contractual arrangement itself.

Contractual arrangements – specific information
This template provides details in relation to each contractual arrangement listed in template B_02.01 with regard to:
the ICT services means digital and data services provided through ICT systems to one or more internal or external users on an ongoing basis, including hardware as a service and hardware services which includes the provision of technical support via software or firmware updates by the hardware provider, excluding traditional analogue telephone services; included in the scope of the contractual arrangement;

ICT third-party service providers means an undertaking providing ICT services;
This template lists and provides general information to identify:
the direct ICT third-party service providers means an undertaking providing ICT services;;
the ICT intra-group service providers means an undertaking that is part of a financial group and that provides predominantly ICT services to financial entities within the same group or to financial entities belonging to the same institutional protection scheme, including to their parent undertakings, subsidiaries, branches or other entities that are under common ownership or control;;
all subcontractors included in template B_05.02 on ICT service means an ICT service as defined in Article 2, point (13), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881; supply chain;
the ultimate parent undertaking means a parent undertaking within the meaning of Article 2, point (9), and Article 22 of Directive 2013/34/EU; of the ICT third-party service providers means an undertaking providing ICT services; listed in points (a), (b) and (c).
B_05.02

Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall identify and rank the ICT third-party service providers means an undertaking providing ICT services; for each ICT service means an ICT service as defined in Article 2, point (13), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881; included in each contractual arrangement.

In the information to be provided in this template, financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall include a unique identifier, the ‘function identifier’ for each combination of a financial entity means a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations;’s LEI, licenced activity and function.
