Article 6 Communication between the Lead Overseer and critical ICT third-party service providers

For the purposes of this Regulation, all communication between the European Supervisory Authorities and critical ICT third-party service providers means an ICT third-party service provider designated as critical in accordance with Article 31; shall take place by electronic means.
