Recital 33 Scheduled downtime

Maintenance operations resulting in the limited availability or unavailability of the services should not be considered as significant incidents means an event compromising the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored, transmitted or processed data or of the services offered by, or accessible via, network and information systems; if the limited availability or unavailability of the service occurs according to a scheduled maintenance operation.
