Recital 29 Entities in the aviation sector

The compliance of an entity means a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; with the security requirements laid down in Regulations (EC) No 300/2008 and (EU) 2018/1139 and in the relevant delegated and implementing acts adopted pursuant to those Regulations could be considered by the competent authoritiesas defined in Article 46 under this Directive to constitute compliance with the corresponding requirements laid down in this Directive.
