ENRecital 74 Member states' cooperation with third countries
In order to facilitate the effective implementation of this Directive with regard, inter alia, to the management of vulnerabilities means a weakness, susceptibility or flaw of a product with digital elements that can be exploited by a cyber threat;, cybersecurity means cybersecurity as defined in Article 2, point (1), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881; risk-management measures, reporting obligations and cybersecurity means cybersecurity as defined in Article 2, point (1), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881; information-sharing arrangements, Member States can cooperate with third countries and undertake activities that are considered to be appropriate for that purpose, including information exchange on cyber threats means a cyber threat as defined in Article 2, point (8), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881;, incidents means an incident as defined in Article 6, point (6), of Directive (EU) 2022/2555;, vulnerabilities means a weakness, susceptibility or flaw of a product with digital elements that can be exploited by a cyber threat;, tools and methods, tactics, techniques and procedures, cybersecurity means cybersecurity as defined in Article 2, point (1), of Regulation (EU) 2019/881; crisis management preparedness and exercises, training, trust building and structured information-sharing arrangements.
