Common questions
Will the pioneer discount really apply for life?
Yes, the discount of 90% will apply for as long as you keep your account active, i.e. continue to pay.
For how long will the pioneer offer last?
There is no set end date at the moment, but it will last for a limited time period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes and there is no notice period beyond the current month or year, depending on your payment interval. When cancelling, you keep any remaining days that you have already paid for.
What if I don't want to pay?
It's totally cool if you chose to remain on the Free plan. We appreciate your continued use of Springlex regardless, especially if you let us know what you think from time to time. Please tell us what features you enjoy and if you have any complaints.
What will the future Springlex look like?
We use the platform ourselves daily and we have a vision for it. However, feedback from our users has been instrumental in taking us here and we intend to continue on that path. Your engagement will guide future development.
Why are you not seeking VC funding?
We have considered it carefully and regtech startups are quite hot right now. But we are not interested in being part of the startup scene. We have decided to rely on other types of funding where we remain in control – at the expense of speed.
Are you moving the package search feature to Pro?
Yes, as this is one of the most powerful features of the underlying graph database, it is definitely a Pro feature. The informative titles for recitals will become a Pro feature also.
How can I follow future developments?

Is it true that I get some fancy stickers as a pioneer too?
It is, and they're pretty cool actually. We'll send them to you by snail mail if you want them.
