Privacy policy for Springflod

This privacy policy explains how Springflod collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Springlex.

The data we collect

When you create an account for Springlex, we collect:

  • your email address.

When you submit a bug report, we collect:

  • user-entered bug details (bug description, steps to reproduce),
  • device and/or browser information (user agent, screen resolution, which URL your submitted the bug from), and
  • email address (optional, to be able to contact you about the bug report).

How we use your data

We use your email address to:

  • inform you about important updates about our service,
  • manage access and login to your account, and
  • follow up on bug reports.

We use the information provided with bug reports to:

  • investigate and fix bugs, and
  • improve Springlex performance and user experience.

How we store your data

Your information is stored securely. Springlex is using Supabase for authentication and storage of your personal data. We retain your information until:

  • you request its deletion (when you retract your consent).

Bug reports are stored in Google Drive and the data is collected using Google Forms. We store the bug reports indefinitely for debugging purposes or until you request their deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • request deletion of your data,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, and
  • request correction of your personal data (i.e., update your email address).

How we protect your data

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and/or destruction.
