Artikel 67 Ändring av direktiv (EU) 2020/1828

This is a short, technical amendment article that connects the Cyber Resilience Act to Directive (EU) 2020/1828, the Representative Actions Directive.

It simply adds the Cyber Resilience Act to the list of Union laws in Annex I of that Directive, under which consumer organisations and other qualified entities can bring collective legal actions on behalf of consumers.

This article works in tandem with Article 65 of this Regulation, which explicitly states that the Representative Actions Directive applies to infringements by economic operators that harm the collective interests of consumers.
