Artikel 45 Domstolens prövning
I enlighet med artikel 261 i EUF-fördraget har domstolen obegränsad behörighet att pröva beslut genom vilka kommissionen har ålagt böter eller viten. Den får upphäva, minska eller öka ålagda böter eller viten.
