Artikel 7 Ikraftträdande och tillämpning

Denna förordning träder i kraft den tjugonde dagen efter det att den har offentliggjorts i Europeiska unionens officiella tidning.
Den ledande tillsynsmyndigheten ska dock tillämpa delkriterium 1.4 som avses i artikel 2.5 b från och med den 16 januari 2025.
