Artikel 1 Innehåll och tillämpningsområde
I denna förordning fastställs regler om praktiska arrangemang för
inspektioner som utförs i enlighet med artikel 69 i förordning (EU) 2022/2065 och övervakningsåtgärder som antas i enlighet med artikel 72 i den förordningen,
utövandet av rätten att höras och de villkor för utlämnande som föreskrivs i artikel 79 i förordning (EU) 2022/2065.
