Artikel 93 Ikraftträdande och tillämpning

1. Denna förordning träder i kraft den tjugonde dagen efter det att den har offentliggjorts i Europeiska unionens officiella tidning.
1. Denna förordning ska tillämpas från och med den 17 februari 2024.
2. Artiklarna 24.2, 24.3, 24.6, 33.3–33.6, 37.7, 40.13 och 43 samt avsnitten 4, 5 och 6 i kapitel IV ska dock tillämpas från och med den 16 november 2022.
