Artikel 72 Förfarande
Styrelsen ska fatta beslut med enkel majoritet av dess ledamöter, om inte annat anges i denna förordning.
Styrelsen ska själv anta sin arbetsordning med två tredjedels majoritet av sina ledamöter och fastställa sina arbetsformer.
