1. Ordföranden ska ha i uppgift att
  1. sammankalla till styrelsens möten och planera dagordningen,
  2. meddela beslut som antas av styrelsen i enlighet med artikel 65 till den ansvariga tillsynsmyndigheten och de berörda tillsynsmyndigheterna,
  3. se till att styrelsens uppgifter fullgörs i tid, särskilt i fråga om den mekanism för enhetlighet som avses i artikel 63.
