Recital 37 Establishment of the Critical Entities Resilience Group
In order to support the Commission and facilitate cooperation among Member States and the exchange of information, including best practices, on issues relating to this Directive, a Critical Entitiesmeans a public or private entity which has been identified by a Member State in accordance with Article 6 as belonging to one of the categories set out in the third column of the table in the Annex; Resiliencemeans a critical entity’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, resist, mitigate, absorb, accommodate and recover from an incident; Group should be established as a Commission expert group. Member States should endeavour to ensure that the designated representatives of their competent authorities in the Critical Entitiesmeans a public or private entity which has been identified by a Member State in accordance with Article 6 as belonging to one of the categories set out in the third column of the table in the Annex; Resiliencemeans a critical entity’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, resist, mitigate, absorb, accommodate and recover from an incident; Group effectively and efficiently cooperate, including by designating representatives who hold security clearance, where appropriate. The Critical Entitiesmeans a public or private entity which has been identified by a Member State in accordance with Article 6 as belonging to one of the categories set out in the third column of the table in the Annex; Resiliencemeans a critical entity’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, resist, mitigate, absorb, accommodate and recover from an incident; Group should begin to perform its tasks as soon as possible, so as to provide additional means for appropriate cooperation during the transposition period of this Directive. The Critical Entitiesmeans a public or private entity which has been identified by a Member State in accordance with Article 6 as belonging to one of the categories set out in the third column of the table in the Annex; Resiliencemeans a critical entity’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, resist, mitigate, absorb, accommodate and recover from an incident; Group should interact with other relevant sector-specific expert working groups.
