Article 3 Identification of the crypto-asset and the related white paper

When the ISO 24165 Digital Token Identifier is provided, the crypto-assetmeans a digital representation of a value or of a right that is able to be transferred and stored electronically using distributed ledger technology or similar technology; white paper shall be identified with a valid identifier of type 3 pertaining to the group of crypto-assetsmeans a digital representation of a value or of a right that is able to be transferred and stored electronically using distributed ledger technology or similar technology; to which the white paper relates.
