Article 7 Establishment and update of a contact list

1. The chair of the college shall maintain a contact list of the members of the college, including full contact details, and communicate it to the members of the college.
1. The members of the college shall provide their contact details to the chair of the college and shall inform the chair of any changes in those details without undue delay.
1. Any updated version of the contact list shall be communicated by the chair of the college to the members of the college without undue delay.
