Article 4 Data format requirement

1. Unless otherwise specified in the instructions, each template composing the register of information shall be a table with a predefined number of columns and an indefinite number of rows.
1. Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall complete each data element with a single value. Where more than one value is valid for a specific data element, financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall add an additional row in the corresponding template for each valid value.
1. Financial entitiesas defined in Article 2, points (a) to (t) shall complete all data elements in the register of information at entity means a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; level, sub-consolidated and consolidated level, as applicable.
