Recital 119 Respect for confidentiality

In order to ensure trusting and constructive cooperation of market surveillance authoritiesmeans a market surveillance authority as defined in Article 3, point (4), of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020; at Union and national level, all parties involved in the application of this Regulation should respect the confidentiality of information and data obtained in carrying out their tasks.
