Article 7 Unsolicited cooperation and exchange of information

For the purposes of any cooperation and exchange of information that is not the subject of a specific request, including any subsequent communications relating to it, the submitting bodymeans the body submitting a notification, a request for information or cooperation, or providing unsolicited information; shall use the form set out in Annex IV.
