Article 5 Trading capacity of participants of the trading platform for crypto-assets

The trading capacity in which the participant of the trading platform for crypto-assetsmeans a digital representation of a value or of a right that is able to be transferred and stored electronically using distributed ledger technology or similar technology; submits an order shall be recorded as specified in field 7 of Table 2 of the Annex.
