Artikel 1 Gegenstand

Mit dieser Verordnung wird gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie (EU) 2022/2557 eine nicht erschöpfende Liste wesentlicher Dienste im Sinne von Artikel 2 Nummer 5 jener Richtlinie in den im Anhang jener Richtlinie aufgeführten Sektoren und Teilsektoren festgelegt.
