Recital 19 Member states' reporting to the Commission
Member States should be responsible for submitting to the Commission at least the number of essential and important entitiesmeans a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; for each sector and subsector referred to in the annexes, as well as relevant information about the number of identified entitiesmeans a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; and the provision, from among those laid down in this Directive, on the basis of which they were identified, and the type of service that they provide. Member States are encouraged to exchange with the Commission information about essential and important entitiesmeans a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; and, in the case of a large-scale cybersecurity incidentmeans an incident which causes a level of disruption that exceeds a Member State’s capacity to respond to it or which has a significant impact on at least two Member States;, relevant information such as the name of the entitymeans a natural or legal person created and recognised as such under the national law of its place of establishment, which may, acting under its own name, exercise rights and be subject to obligations; concerned.
