Artikel 3 Mottagande av ansökan om auktorisation och mottagningsbevis

Behöriga myndigheter ska skicka ett mottagningsbevis till sökanden på elektronisk väg, i pappersformat eller bådadera. Mottagningsbeviset ska ange kontaktuppgifter för den avdelning, funktion eller tjänsteman vid den behöriga myndigheten som handlägger ansökan.
