Artikel 5 Meddelande av beslut

Behöriga myndigheter ska meddela sökanden sitt beslut om att bevilja eller neka auktorisationen i enlighet med artikel 63.9 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114 på elektronisk väg, i pappersformat eller bådadera.
