Artikel 3 Bedömning av om vitboken om kryptotillgångar är fullständig

Den behöriga myndigheten ska inom 20 arbetsdagar efter det att ansökan om godkännande av en vitbok om kryptotillgångar har mottagits bedöma vitbokens fullständighet med hänsyn till de krav som anges i artikel 19.1 i förordning (EU) 2023/1114.
